I was in attendance for Grateful Gator Day 2015, the inaugural Thank a Donor Day at the University of Florida. The videos I produced will be used to let UF alumni and donors how much private giving is appreciated by the student body, as well as to help raise awareness of this new annual event.
A short video profile I did for the University of Florida Alumni Association was just sent out to the huge mailing list of everyone who receives their newsletter as part of its featured story. Enjoy, Gator Nation!
This is one of my first video projects I produced on staff with the University of Florida Office of Development & Alumni Affairs. I edited this together to show some of the highlights from Dr. Kent Fuchs’ early visits to Jacksonville, Orlando, and Miami as UF’s new president. This was all shot before I came on board. The speech segment was covered by the team at Full Sail University and most of the B-roll came from Two-Head Video, Inc. The only original footage of mine an insert shot I picked up in Downtown Gainesville.
I contributed to this profile of the work being done by Professor Maureen Conroy and philanthropist Anita Zucker in the area of Early Childhood Studies. This project was underway when I joined the communications team at the UF Office of Development & Alumni Affairs. I shot Dr. Conroy’s interview and the B roll of her with the toddlers and edited both pieces in collaboration with writers and other communicators in our department. The Anita Zucker interview was filmed by UF’s Division of Media Properties.
