The SF Teaching Zoo has opened a new enclosure for the white handed gibbons. Today the door opened and Cajun and Eddie entered the enclosure for the first time, followed by little Rainer. I was there to see the gibbons at the Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo enter their brand new enclosure for the first time. I posted this :15 Instagram clip that afternoon, but will have a full video about the gibbons and their new home in the near future.

I’ve been eyeing this tree on my way into work and noting its potential Instagramability for a while. Well, we had to leave the office for a bit on Friday so electricians could do some work in our area and I decided to take a midday walk to the edge of campus to photograph this tree.
