A glimpse at the Fine Arts at Santa Fe College
Santa Fe College
This semester SF graduated its first class from the new Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing Completion Program.
Hear from the students what it was like to be apart of this history-making class and join them for their pinning ceremony and health sciences commencement ceremony.
I’ve been eyeing this tree on my way into work and noting its potential Instagramability for a while. Well, we had to leave the office for a bit on Friday so electricians could do some work in our area and I decided to take a midday walk to the edge of campus to photograph this tree.
Communications and Creative Services former work study student volunteered to wear Glass across the stage and record her graduation for us from her POV.
A look from behind the stage at a graduation ceremony for SF’s nurses.
Stressed by finals? Take a 15 second break to enjoy some video of cute animals at the #SantaFeCollege Teaching Zoo. Finish strong, Saints!
I had some footage from the teaching zoo I hadn’t used yet, so I put together this little montage for an Instagram post.
I was working on thinking of ways to draw more attention to my YouTube posts and had the idea to post a preview to Instagram. I’ve never exported a video from an editing program to post to Instagram before, but I’m excited by the potential to do this more often.
The EcoCar 2 video can be found here.
The Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University EcoEagles visit Santa Fe College’s Center for Innovation and Economic Development to show off the electric/biodiesel hybrid car they’ve been designing for the EcoCar 2 competition.

I was pulling Multimedia Specialist double-duty at the Spring Arts Festival on Saturday, shooting both video and photo (and posting to Instagram) for Santa Fe College. I handed the stills off to my co-worker, photographer and Photoshop wizard, Aaron Daye for toning.
See an 18 image album of my pics from the Spring Arts Festival here on Facebook.
